  46. Please note:  Dolphin Software's Dolphin C Toolkit (consisting of the
  47. object modules contained in the supplied .LIB files) is for use with the
  48. Microsoft C compiler (5.10 - 6.00A), the Borland/Turbo C++ compilers and
  49. MS-DOS (Version 2.10 or later).  The software will be supplied on 5.25"
  50. disk unless otherwise requested.  If the disk is found to be defective
  51. it will be replaced.  The software and the accompanying documentation may
  52. not, in whole or in part, be copied (except for use by the purchaser and
  53. for archival and backup purposes), sold, rented or otherwise distributed
  54. - except that object modules from the library may be used and
  55. distributed as part of a compiled, executable program (no royalty is
  56. payable in such a case). The demonstration disk, provided it is not
  57. modified, may be copied and distributed at cost.  For single orders from
  58. outside North America: please add $14.00 for airmail postage.
